Don't eat These Fruits at Night Time

Any fruit should be taken before 6PM. After 6PM no fruit should be taken.

Bananas

Eating Bananas at night might increase the body temperature and which results in sleep disorders.

Apple

Eating apple at nights is not good for digestion. This results in Gas and Acidity issues

Chikku/Sapodilla

Chikku contains lot of sugar. It increases sugar levels in the body which results in Sleeplessness.

Citrus Fruits

Oranges, Grapes should be avoided before sleeping. Taking these fruits will results in Gas and acidity problems.
