The best way to verify your Blogger blog is with HTML meta tags:

1. Sign in to Blogger and select Template from the left-hand menu
2. Select Edit HTML and click Proceed on the next screen
3. Look through your blog's HTML for the section
4. Paste in the meta tag from xyz.com/website/verify code on a new line below tag
5. Save the template
6. Go back to xyz.com/website/verify and click Click Here to complete the process
